Semester echo
One of my gruelling semesters was successfully completed(..Was it successful...well lets see i will be able to know this only after few days..the rate of success!!).As always there are two faces associated with any aspect, wen i look back into these three months, i was able to view an quintessential image of what is in a famous statement "IIT - life yaaaaaaar !!".I was headed with certain kinda objectives in mind. Thereafter i could see facets of pressure that a normal average person like me that can handle and the limits of it.I could see the boundaries of my "yielding-points". Well coming to the subjects , i seriously doubt the nature of planning done by the "eminent-faculty" ..an 8-credited course and a lab in which every week a person has to write some 30-40 pages of record without any textbook ,just with the help of blind-chasing in net for answers. Totally wen i counted the pages i wrote , i couldnt believe that i wrote a record which can be almost counted as mini-PhD thesis. At the same time , the positive and happiest thing that happened in this sem my term project , where-in i kept in the work of a JEE preparator...those days just kept brushing in the memory...innumerous night-outs and proper effort which has helped me in proper establishment of the first step in my final aim...got the feel of a good Genetic Algo project. After this sem i could simply correlate myself with a "Black-Box"...given any stupid work or any unsolvable problem or any amount of load...i can just handle it at any point of life with ease....i am really grateful to the system for moulding me into a blackbox...on the other hand i was highly obliged with the thought that i can be an efficient manager...u may think its exaggerating but thats the kinda feeling i got at the end. Noone sees the amount of effort u've kept , its the result that finally matters. I'll definetly proceed in this way in future ..."result-oriented life".

LIMITS OF TELUGU CINEMA...
Firstly am very late at posting this new one ,due to my mid-sems and other lab stuffs as usual.
Very recently i've returned from my homeplace, compltely frustrated at the same time , was happy that i had home food , some gud and tasty dishes made by mother. The reason for my frustness is a stupid one. I've seen all the so-called big films that were released there. The first one to encounter is "Boss- I Love You" .
After the movie i heard one comment by a female cine-goer who says " Any Boss for any Firm should be like Nag"....The first thought that occurred to me is
1) Does that idiotic female have ne sense or enjoyment in making a wimsy comment like that in one of the very famous satellite televisions??
2)Secondly , I could hardly find ne obvious fact y the film shud be praised ??.. Is it due to tsunami effects that the diro has used to kill shriya in the movie or Is it due to the fact that all the personal secretaries can learn how to encourage "xtra-relationships" in the other sense with the bosses??...Finally i got vexed up wid the whole stuff.
Next comes Stalin. In this flick just the screen isn't suffice to handle chiru's huge body nor junts can bear his dance which he does with his fat and hanging stomach....thrisha is like some infinitesimal point before a huge circle...
but the message is gud overall , in-effect the whole movie appeared like a piece of crap . The stunts in this movie reminded me of a " gult-matrix"....thrs a scene in which hero single-handedly bashes some 100 goons with just two metal rods in his hand....come -on the diro's have got lot to think before engaging themselves in some overly projected heroism or "mass-attractive" scenes.Still the movie is running to its full capacity filling all the halls over ap.....but junta shud think before they encourage these kinda crap shits.
Finally i saw a normal ,decent flick called "Bommarillu" .Even this one failed to impress many of my friends but the fact is that many people over there tends to compare the characters in the movie with their own, its as if the guy or girl who watches the movie feels as if he/she is siddharth/genelia . Genelia's character went in a way that irritates many....a 20yr old girl still follows the age-old habits or she can be best described as complete childish or some foolish character....the movie goes completely in unrealistic way...this is the fact that junta should digest. The only gud aspect is themusic scored in the film.

After coming to kgp , i watched an ultimate holly-flick by russell crowe..an oscar nominated one..."THE CINDERELLA MAN"...thanks to ajay for suggesting me this one...completely satisfied after watching the movie...as ajay said " No words to describe the movie"....junta just watch it if u haven't
k then myself got lots of load on my head lab an assignments stuff...happy blogging

POVERTY ALLEVIATION IN INDIA!!
"There is one area where there is one huge gap-Sustained urban development "
"We decided not to pre-select states.Instead we said : :et's have rules for engagement with states an set conditions based on our expieriences"
"How on earth do we deal with an enormous thing called india.which is far bigger than most countries ? In a sense it is like dealing with 28 different countries with different issuesand problems"
The above statements are the exerpts from an interview with world bank country director,India Micheal F carter who is finally packing up everything and hanging up his boots enroute to his home land. His exposition infact gave an overview of the troubles that are gripping today's indian economy. Many reforms have been planned in the past and frankly they are either being slowed down or being neglected with passage of time.I have many questions in my mind..firstly does the government is in support of reforms and accept the loans offered by world bank therevy leading to the acceptance of conditionalities imposed by the bank? If one accepts to the loan proposals then will it lead to improvement of econmic status or degrading it? For instance take the case of Andhra pradesh, during Naidu's regime many loans (over-burdened) were accepted from the bank in the name of development, but now the new govt. says it has increased economic load on a normal middle-class avergae salaried person. So does that imply improvement or degradation?? Also the common man in india is being faced with a very gruelling question..should we take the help of world bank in reforming country's economic status?? Southern states like Andhra and tamil nadu scored high on highways and road networks.Take the case of hyderabad , there had been significant increase of fly-overs in naidu's regime but these states have finally failed in the aspect of financial consolidation.Accoring to the interview the bank seems to stress on the aspect of empowerment , esp. women's empowerment. In fact this is the issue that has been raised way back.I seriously doubt weather it has lead to a growth in indian economic status. The figures explains the whole thing. So my concern is should we treat world bank as the major source of reformation....finally where does it lead??

COLA FIRMS--LOOSING THE GRAPPLE..
The re-eruption of pesticide scam..a very recent upsurge due to a fiesty woman by name Sunita Narain,Diro of CSE returned back to her so-called "limelight"..after three years complaining about non-permissable usage of chemicals or "pesti's" in the cola drinks. Over the last many years ,if we look back, people have got accustomed themselves or rather became comfortable with soft drinks.Suddenly out of a billion population ,if one has objection , i seriously hunch that how many people out of all the billion population are going to change their regualr habit of consuming these soft drin My initial doubt is that , is this a futile chase leading to nowhere?? Later ,after me going through some articles and editorials recently then i came to a slight confirmation about the issue. This is infact one of many issues concerning seamy side of Coca-cola India's affairs. Many cola companies face this problem of attrition, and this exodus resulted in sinking of sales and crumbling image.
Of all the cola wars ,this may be the only one where the two greatest rivals ,Coke and Pepsi, are on the same side. The surprising fact is that both are lossing so far on this issue. This issue has infact shakened the political overtones and the biased opinions or bans that are being imposed on these firms in their own respactive area or states. The other side of the coin is that it leads to a very bad impact on foreign direct investment inflows, so finally degrading one major aspect of india's economy. So now my question is that should government support this or oppose this?? Both will lead to trouble one for economic purposes and the other ofcourse challenging its own stand or power.
Finally i say that it is the people who have to decide on this issue...weather to drink it or not.In my state some of the local television channels flaking the colas and supporting coconuts. At the same time or the very next instant an ad will prop up on the screen containing aamir for a coke ad...phew,i never understood these kinda channels' mentality...By the way dude its upto u now..and as of me i didn't stop drinking as iam doin it for so many yrs...its like am addicted u can say!!!

Once a while when we come across newspaper headlines blaming pakistan for the Mumbai 11/7 serial blasts.,a thought might occur as to weather what is the cause
behind all these incidents.whats the gruelling factor or reason that might be leading to such tragic incidents which resulted in loss of many innocent lives.
In an interview (Frontline) with the president of pakistan, General pervez musharraf replied to the question raised regarding this balme on the country, with much of spontaneity and candidly gave a very clean reply. After reading that i myself applied little thought to the whole process. He simply said that it is the sheer lack of intelligence or it is the trouble that is being created between the two intelligence groups and that the situation is pitiable.Lack of trust between the two countries further increases the chance of vitiating the atmosphere by many freelance terrorists. One should have confidence in each other's forces and trust in many applications.Infact it may lead to better situations.I humbly praise the general for his exposition showed entirely during the interview. He was cautious but devoi of guile and pettiness. All over the interview lot of respect was shown by him to many indian leaders. He showed deep and sincere commitment to the peace process and to resolve the kashmir issues.
After the failure of discussions at Agra during the period of july 2001, He spoke about the progress that had been done after the summit but outrighteosly pointed that it's the failure has yielded at that point due to and only due to the political scenario and suspected the then home minister for all his humiliation. In the past many of the summits that occured were successful infact.
Nothing will happen if both the countries treat each other with sovereign equality.
Many discussions can be held in this angle.Even the lagging issue of kashmir can be solved if peace process goes smoothly. The genral suggested gradual demilitarisation in parts of kashmir in the initial phase and extending it to whole kashmir ,further leading to undefining Line of Control(LoC),thereby providing maximum autonomy to the people of kashmir. This is one major highlight of the interview. There had been many discussions regarding joint control and joint management of kashmir , few points about institutional arrangements.Overall this is one of very impressive interview that i've read till now.

Lemme try giving a vivid image of the very recent movie i've seen..
Its been entitled OMKARA.Itz an adaptation of shakespeare's OTHELLO.
A much hyped movie an containing mammoth starcast..as its the case wid all the multi-starrers
A movie which created the balance between entertainment of a proper commercial edge and the realistic edge.Vishal bhardwaj naunces the whole drama in in Indian mileu...a rajasthani backdrop
including the sets and the language .The dialogue delivery is a clean example for that. The screenplay have become a paradigm for a commercial western scripted indian film. The basic plot is based on suspicion and jealousy.
The dramatical sequence goes briefly like this.
Omkara or Omi [Ajay Devgan] is a gifted chieftain who heads a gang of outlaws, which include the crafty Langda Tyagi [Saif Ali Khan] and the dynamic Kesu [Vivek Oberoi] amongst his chief cohorts. The story begins when Omi appoints Kesu and not Langda as his chief lieutenant.Langda is raged with the fact he has been envied and his pride was slighted, makes an implicit plan to falsify Kesu[oberoi].Langda poisones Omi's mind with the tragic plan of linking an illicit affair with Dolly[kareena] with the unwilling help of his wife[..oops sorry don rem the name..but the actor is Konkana Sen sharma]..an one of his associates.Langda's plan takes shape, finally resulting in the death of kareena..as well as breaking the relationship between vivek oberoi and bipasha. When Omi comin to know abt the whole background malice plan of Langda..he kills himself..while konkana sen sharma kills her own husband[saif]...an gives up her life after that. The climax became very heart-touching and ended up in dark tragedy.
The films bore the brunt of facts that it used very offensive and objectionable 'gaalis'..apart from that the film is a major highlight to the field of indian cinema.A must watch i can say..
keep viewing my blog for more reviews and discussions...my personal stuff as well as on general issues.Thnxz for showing ur patience
